Project DealStore — Shopify Replacement Suite

Subtitle: With Embedded Commerce Back-Office

Single Product Brand

DealStore. Merchants buy ONE product. The DGERP engine (12-layer scope, 9-segment GL, instance_id RLS) is internal architecture — invisible to customers.

Why not "DGERP + DealStore"

Two-product framing signals "we're also replacing NetSuite" — invites the NetSuite-comparison objection. Ram's target is Shopify, not ERP parity.

Why not "DealStore standalone (no ERP)"

Merchant can't operate post-unplug without AR, AP, GL, bank recon. Pure storefront under-delivers — they can't close their books.

Why embedded commerce back-office (7 modules)

Only modules FORCED by the Shopify unplug: multi-entity, multi-location inventory, AR, AP, GL, bank recon, multi-currency. Like Shopify Plus bundles Shipping/Payments/Capital.

Phase 3Weeks 9-24
